Rehabilitation Construction and Management public legal entity in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan Districts
Based on the master plan designed for the future development of Zangilan city, a 2.32-hectare land plot has been allocated for the construction of the 2B residential complex. The project features 13 three-story multi-apartment residential buildings, with a total building and structure area of 18,588.30 m². Specifically tailored to comfortably accommodate approximately 732 residents, the complex is planned to include a total of 183 apartments.
Alongside residential spaces, non-residential areas have also been integrated into the building designs. The project provides for surface-level parking facilities. The construction of the complex will utilize natural materials known for their high thermal capacity.
On-site infrastructure—including roads, pedestrian crossings, bicycle paths, recreation areas, sports facilities, and children’s playgrounds—has been designed prioritizing resident safety and convenience. Additionally, essential engineering structures, such as underground water reservoirs and transformer stations, have been designed within the residential complex.
