Our recent projects have been developed in partnership with international companies. This experience enhanced the knowledge and skills of our team in several directions – solving extraordinary tasks in structural engineering, introducing local clients to unique design proposals, adapting the distinctive planning solutions to local MEP and structural requirements.
In 2023 together with our Swiss partners SA Partners we were honored to start our work on two residential neighborhoods in Zangilan. Besides Zangilan we have successfully submitted several projects in Karabakh, however the excitement over our work with international team was not only about another contribution to the revival of the liberated areas, but also a chance to introduce our community to European solutions for urban planning and design. Our role is to apply the concept proposed by SA_Partners with the consideration of local norms and requirements for number of residents, along with the necessity to adapt the buildings and landscape design to the strong relief of the territory. During our trip to Switzerland we analyzed both the urban and rural landscape of the country. Local solutions for transportation, structural design, materials etc, gave us better understating of the proposed ideas and the way of thinking, which we are trying to obtain for our projects with the intention of using the similar approach in further projects across the country.
