The planned project in the city of Fuzuli consists of 653 apartments on an area of 9.15 ha. The first floors of the 5-story residential buildings are designed as non-residential facilities. 13 one-room apartments (45-50 m²), 209 two-room apartments (65-70 m²), 281 three-room apartments (83-88 m²) and 150 four-room apartments (100-105 m²) are planned.
