In accordance with the future development plan of Qubadli city, a 4.78-hectare land plot has been allocated for the construction of the 2nd residential neighborhood. The project envisions the construction of 22 modern 4- and 5-story residential apartment buildings, with a total building and structure footprint of 10,786.86 m². Professionally designed to comfortably accommodate approximately 1,288 residents, this complex features a total of 322 apartments.
The designed buildings include spacious commercial (non-residential) areas to enhance residents’ living comfort, alongside modern underground parking facilities for secure vehicle storage. The construction prioritizes natural materials, noted for their eco-friendliness and superior thermal insulation.
On-site infrastructure—including roads, pedestrian crossings, bicycle lanes, recreation areas, sports facilities, and children’s playgrounds—has been designed with residents’ safety and convenience in mind. From the neighborhood’s master plan to its architectural and structural solutions, and encompassing all engineering systems, water reservoirs, and the transformer station, every detail has been comprehensively designed by our team of experts.
