Rehabilitation Construction and Management public legal entity in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan Districts
According to the master plan, which takes into account the future development of the city of Zangilan, an area of 2.03 hectares has been allocated for the construction of the 2C residential complex. The project envisages 5 4-storey residential buildings and 4 4-5-storey residential buildings with a total volume of buildings and structures of 18,672.6 m2. A total of 146 apartments are planned to be designed in this residential complex, which was specially designed for the comfortable accommodation of approximately 584 residents.
In addition to residential areas in the buildings, non-residential areas are also included in the project.
The project envisages underground parking lots.
Natural materials with high heat capacity will be used in the construction of buildings in the residential complex.
Roads, pedestrian crossings, bicycle paths, recreation areas, sports and children’s playgrounds located in the area have been designed taking into account the safety and comfort of residents. Engineering facilities such as boiler rooms, underground water reservoirs and transformers within the residential complex are designed by our team’s MEP engineers.
