Rehabilitation Construction and Management public legal entity in Kalbajar district
The area allocated for the 3rd residential complex, designed according to the development plan of the city of Kalbajar, is 7.6 ha. The project includes 29 residential buildings with a total area of 76,500 m2 of buildings and structures. 476 apartments have been designed in these buildings, which are intended to accommodate 1,900 residents. In addition to the residential area of the buildings, the non-residential part has also been taken into account.
The project includes underground and above-ground parking lots.
Natural materials with heat capacity will be used in the construction of buildings in the residential complex.
Internal roads, pedestrian and bicycle paths, recreation areas, sports and children’s playgrounds are being designed taking into account the safety and comfort of residents. Engineering facilities such as boiler rooms, underground water reservoirs and transformers located on the territory of the complex are also being designed by our team’s MEP engineers.
