The Lighthouse Residence II residential complex with a total area of 190,000 m² was designed as a continuation of the 4 existing residential buildings of the Sea Breeze recreation center. It is a complex consisting of 16 residential buildings with a total number of 2010 apartments. 4 swimming pools, playgrounds for children, 23,400 m² of green space and 24,600 m² of parking are planned within the 9.1 ha area.
