The Garden Residence residential complex with a total area of 60,000 m² is one of the projects of the Sea Breeze recreation center, distinguished by its beautiful architecture. The complex, consisting of 6 residential buildings with a total number of 520 apartments, was designed according to the car-free yard concept. There is an underground parking area of 18,200 m². 4 swimming pools, playgrounds for children and 9,000 m² of green space have been designed inside the complex.
