The purpose of the center is to support the development of skills and creative potential of the martyrs’ family members, people with war related disabilities and their children, orphans and children deprived of parental care low-income families and talented people with disabilities in the Center, and is based on the principles of respect for dignity, equality, humanism and confidentiality. Total area of the building is 3140 m². Additional structures include boiler room, transformer 2×1000-6/0.4 kv, underground fire tanks with 280 m³ water volume.
