The complex includes a four-story administrative building with total area 3500 m², a fountain, two surface parking lots, a cafe, recreation and children’s playgrounds, underground boiler room, transformer building and fire tanks with 300 m³ water volume. Modern technologies from Europe had been implemented for the façades. A total of 325 services will be provided to nearly 700.000 citizens registered in Sumgait city, Gobustan, Khizi, Siyazan and Absheron regions by various state bodies, private companies and enterprises in the center. At the same time, the Center will serve citizens registered in other regions of our country without territorial restrictions. Total of 192 employees of government agencies.
