Rehabilitation Construction and Management public legal entity in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan Districts
According to the master plan, which takes into account the future development of the city of Zangilan, an area of 2.32 hectares has been allocated for the construction of the 2B residential complex. The project envisages 13 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of 18,588.30 m2, each consisting of 3 floors. A total of 183 apartments are planned to be designed in this residential complex, which is specially designed for the comfortable accommodation of approximately 732 residents.
In addition to residential areas in the buildings, non-residential areas are also included in the project.
The project envisages above-ground parking lots.
Natural materials with high heat capacity will be used in the construction of buildings in the residential complex.
Roads, pedestrian crossings, bicycle paths, recreation areas, sports and children’s playgrounds located in the area have been designed taking into account the safety and comfort of residents. Engineering facilities within the residential complex, such as boiler rooms, underground water tanks, and transformers, are designed by our team’s MEP engineers.
