The 4th multifunctional residential complex to be built in Aghdam city will include 1080 apartments with a total area of 137,000 square meters. These apartments will come in various sizes: 36 one-bedroom, 363 two-bedroom, 484 three-bedroom, and 197 four-bedroom apartments, offering a wide range of choices to suit different family needs. Additionally, 18 single-story non-residential facilities will be located within the complex, providing various services and business opportunities for the residents. Underground and above-ground parking areas are planned to ensure the convenient use of the complex and meet the residents’ automobile needs.
The buildings in the residential complex will be constructed using heat-retentive natural materials, which will increase energy efficiency and help create an environmentally friendly environment. In addition to the use of natural materials, the buildings will have high insulation properties, ensuring comfort for the residents and cost-effective energy consumption.
