The DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center, as one of the significant innovations in Azerbaijan’s social policy, was launched on August 10, 2023. This center was established with the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice President, Mehriban Aliyeva. Its aim is to support the integration of people with physical disabilities into society and to unleash their creative potential.
The center also works to increase employment opportunities for people with physical disabilities by connecting them with various enterprises and supporting startup projects.
The DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center is a significant step towards ensuring social integration, creating equal opportunities for everyone, and strengthening solidarity within society. As an example of an inclusive development model, the center also attracts international interest.
